• “No-show fee / Preauthorization”: A temporary hold placed by Stripe at the time of booking, refundable upon completion of the call.

3. Services We Provide
We offer creative and digital services, including but not limited to:

• Strategy calls and consultations

• Digital products (PDF guides, templates, video content, educational material)

• AI-powered visuals and creative experiences

• General creative support and services

Some services may require a separate written agreement.
These Terms apply to all general usage, bookings, and digital product purchases made through the Website.

4. Digital Products - No Refund Policy
All Digital Products sold on our Website are:

• non-refundable

• non-exchangeable

• non-returnable

This applies regardless of:

• whether you downloaded or viewed the product

• purchase mistakes

• change of mind

• technical incompatibility on your device

• lack of usage

Once the purchase is completed, the sale is final.

5. Bookings & No-Show Fee Policy
To prevent misuse of our calendar and ensure fairness, bookings may include a refundable preauthorization (no-show fee) processed securely through Stripe.

How it works:

• Stripe temporarily holds the amount on your card during checkout.

• The hold is fully released after the call is completed.

• If you miss the call or join too late (as defined below), the held amount may be charged.

A booking is considered completed when:

• You join the call on time using the link provided.

• You use the same email address used during checkout.

A booking is considered a no-show when:

• You fail to attend the call.

• You arrive more than 15 minutes late.

• You join using inconsistent or invalid information that prevents verification.

• You attempt to misuse the system to avoid the preauthorization.

In such cases, we may capture the no-show fee.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within the allowed cancellation window (if provided).
Cancellations outside the permitted timeframe may still trigger the no-show policy.

6. Payments
Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe.
By completing a purchase or booking, you authorize:

• the processing of your payment

• the placement of a temporary preauthorization (if applicable)

• the use of secure third-party processors to complete the transaction

We do not store or access your credit card information.

All prices listed include or exclude taxes depending on your region and applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by or purchased from mattiamedia is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased content.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• share, resell, copy, redistribute, or publish our content

• upload Digital Products to public or private platforms

• send or forward purchased material to others

• remove branding, watermarks, or identifying marks

• claim our work as your own

• reverse engineer any template, system, or creative asset

Violations may result in account suspension, legal action, and recovery of losses.

8. AI-Generated Content & Creative Material
Any AI-assisted visuals, concepts, or creative outputs we generate remain protected under these Terms.
Where applicable, rights are transferred only upon final delivery and only for the agreed-upon usage.

Drafts, previews, test renders, and exploratory concepts are not licensed for distribution or publication unless explicitly approved.

9. Prohibited Use
You may not use our Services to:

• engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior

• attempt to bypass our booking system or preauthorization policies

• copy or replicate our Website, systems, or branding

• interfere with servers, security layers, or automated flows

• misuse or exploit Digital Products or creative content

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties.

• We do not guarantee specific results, performance, income, or outcomes.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service.

11. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital Products are delivered via:

• download link

• direct access on completion of purchase

You are responsible for saving and backing up your files.

We may not provide replacements for lost or deleted products.

12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services if:

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
