When booking a call on /secure, Stripe processes a refundable no-show fee as a temporary hold (pre-authorization).

  • The amount is not charged unless the booking terms are violated.

  • The hold is automatically released once the call has been completed.

  • All card information is processed and encrypted by Stripe.

  • We do not store or access your payment card details.
